Power when you want it: digital timer switch
You want your coffee straight away in the morning, but at different times during the week? Our digital timer switch allows you to have your morning pick-me-up at the time that suits you. With a digital timer switch, you can ‘program’ your electronic devices to switch on at particular times. Our weekly timer switch offers you a number of ways of controlling your household and kitchen appliances, lights, and so on.
Whether a workday or the week-end – you determine the time
You drink your morning coffee at a different time each day of the week? The floor lamp should switch on at a different time on Monday evening, compared with Fridays? The chain of lights should provide atmosphere lighting only at the week-end? With the ‘Mini’ timer switch, your devices can be set to switch on at a specific time on a specific day of the week (to the precise minute). For example, you can have your coffee machine run at a different time on every morning of the week. In addition, you can also set weekday combinations: From Monday to Friday, the chain of lights should be on from 8 pm, on Saturday and Sunday from 7 pm; or, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday you don’t start work until 10 am, but on all other days you already want your coffee at 7 am. In this way, hour, minute and weekday settings can result in up to 20 different switching cycles. From the baby night light in the children’s room, to the floor lamp and chain of lights in the living room, to the fan in the bedroom – all devices are controlled entirely according to your preferences using the weekly timer switch.
From the final countdown to leaving it to chance
And you can customise the settings even further with the countdown and random function. For example, you can have the fan run for only three or four hours, to prevent it from humming away the entire summer night. The baby night light should be lit for only one hour until the baby is sleeping peacefully? This is also a case for the countdown function (the power socket of the timer switch does, of course, have a child safety feature). If you have several digital weekly timer switches, you can use the random function to have the light switch on in a different room each time – it then looks as if someone is in, even though you are not at home. And if you are taking a holiday and would like to sleep in and prepare a lavish breakfast in peace, you can of course switch off the timer completely. It can be switched over to summer and winter time as well. Speaking of summer: Should there be a power failure due to a severe summer thunderstorm, the settings remain stored.
Customisable, versatile, power-saving
So you see, this kind of digital timer switch with weekday setting has a lot to offer. You can control your devices in a number of ways entirely according to your needs, without your devices running continuously or for too long. By becoming more energy efficient, you are of course doing some good for the environment; what’s more, your wallet will thank you.
