Weather station with detailed forecasting
Are you planning a weekend picnic by the lake or a big two-day trip to the Lechtal Alps but not sure if the weather will be on your side? With the weather station, you can plan your activities accurately and reliably. Either pack up your equipment before the bad weather arrives or opt for a spa weekend in the mountains instead. The weather station provides a 4-day weather forecast for 60 regions in Europe, including parts of Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic. A 2-day weather forecast is available for a further 20 regions of Europe, including Spain, Portugal and Switzerland. Daily weather updates are provided for 611 destinations. Simply select the region you require from the list of countries and see the most accurate information for where you live, the place you’re planning to visit for a day out or holiday destination.
Symbols for the current weather conditions
Depending on the weather conditions, a corresponding image appears on the display of the wireless weather station. With just a quick glance at the display, you can see what type of weather to expect without having to wade through cumbersome figures. But what will the weather be like in two days time? The trend display function also displays the weather over the coming days in pictures. The 15 display screens are easy to understand and automatically adjust to day or night mode.
Prepared for every eventuality
Even if the weather forecast for your hiking weekend in the Alps is generally good, you should still keep an eye on the probability of rain, especially when hiking in the high mountains. The professional weather station makes sure that you are always suitably prepared whatever the weather and prevents any nasty surprises. The likelihood of rain is displayed for the current day, as well as wind speed and wind direction. And of course, temperature and humidity are recorded as a matter of course.
Watch out for the snowflake symbol
It’s the same every year. The weather starts getting colder and scraping the car becomes a daily chore. But equipped with the weather station with outdoor sensor, there’s no need to get out of bed earlier to see whether your car is iced up – just take a look at the display. A flashing snowflake symbol appears if the outside temperature is between +1°C and -1°C. If the temperature falls below -1.1°C, the symbol is displayed continuously. Where on Earth has the time gone? Is it that time already? The time on the "Meteotime" weather station is transmitted by the most accurate clock in the world via DCF signal. And you will never again have to remember to switch to daylight-saving time because the time is adjusted automatically. Plus, if the DCF time differs from your time zone, the time can also be set manually without any problems.
Alarm clock with 2 different wake-up times and snooze function
It's Saturday morning and the alarm goes off at 5:45 a.m. – you forgot to turn off the alarm again. These days are now over! The working day alarm and single alarm can be used to set one wake-up time for Monday to Friday and another for the weekend. You will never again be late for work on a Monday and can still enjoy a lazy lie-in on a Sunday. And whether you are an early-riser or a grouch in the mornings, you can always hit the snooze button to enjoy another 5 minutes of relaxation.
Low battery warning
To make sure you don't miss any important weather information or a morning wake-up call, our wireless weather station displays a symbol when the battery capacity of the receiver and outdoor sensor is low.
