Contactless payment with the tried-and-tested Fidesmo app
The reliable partner at your side is the Fidesmo app, which has a wealth of experience in the field of contactless payment with payment wearables. More than 800 banks are available in the Fidesmo network. Set-up is extremely simple and can be completed in just a few steps: Connect the payment wristband to the Fidesmo app on your mobile phone, store your debit card or credit card and then make a contactless payment by holding your wrist with the wristband approx. 2 - 4 cm from the card reader. No more searching for cards, wallet and small change - relax and pay in the blink of an eye with NFC.
Secure use, relaxed payment
You don't have to worry about paying for someone else as you stroll past the Christmas market stalls. The passive NFC chip is only activated when you are paying and within 2–4 cm of the card reader. The number of your linked card is used as an encrypted token in the payment wristband. In addition, it is not at all obvious from the wristband itself that it is a payment bracelet. Our NFC wristband for contactless payment is so secure that we have even received certification from Visa and Mastercard.
Watch or smartwatch? Both are possible!
The payment wristband can be retrofitted to any watch - whether smart or not. You can make your analogue watch ready for contactless payments, just like your smart watch that isn’t yet capable of them, by simply replacing the existing watch strap. Thanks to quick-release spring bars, watch straps can be changed easily. You can find out which dimension of the new NFC wristband is suitable for your analogue watch or smart watch by measuring the lug width. Our payment wristbands have standard dimensions that are almost universally compatible with most watches and smart watches - including, of course, our Hama smart watches. The discreet and elegant silicone strap harmonises with your existing watch without dominating its look.

Is my bank supported by the payment wristband?
The Fidesmo app supports more than 800 partner banks – and the number is growing all the time.
What do I do if my bank is not stored in the Fidesmo app?
If your bank is not stored in the Fidesmo app, you can use CURVE. Bank support is constantly being expanded. If your bank is not currently supported, you can use the digital card via CURVE.
Does the payment wristband always work without a PIN?
As long as you have not reached your limit, you do not need a PIN. As soon as the set limit of the credit or debit card is reached, the PIN must also be entered for contactless payment with the wristband.
Are there payment wristbands that enable contactless payment without a smartphone?
Hama’s payment wristband only requires the mobile phone with the Fidesmo app for the initial setup. After that, you don't need your mobile phone or the Fidesmo app to make contactless payments.
How do I top up my payment wristband?
You can also use the payment wristband with a prepaid function. As a payment wristband works like the card linked to it, you must link your prepaid card to the NFC wristband. If you then top up your prepaid account, you can use the payment wristband with a prepaid function.
