Hoe nauwkeurig zijn de gemeten waarden van de smartwatch of fitnesstracker?
De meetfuncties voor pols, bloeddruk, hartslag of zuurstof worden gebruikt als indicaties en om je gezondheid en activiteit in de gaten te houden. Ze zijn alleen geschikt voor algemene welzijns- en fitnessdoeleinden. De resultaten zijn niet bedoeld om een ziekte of aandoening te detecteren, diagnosticeren (bijv. hartritmestoornissen) of behandelen. Raadpleeg aub een medische specialist voor gedetailleerde onderzoeken en diagnoses.
Welke sporten herkent de smartwatch automatisch?
De geïntegreerde activiteitsdetectie kan automatisch de volgende activiteiten registreren en registreren: wandelen, rennen, roeien, elliptische machine (cross-trainer).
Is de smartwatch waterdicht?
De smartwatch voldoet zowel aan de IP68-classificatie volgens de IEC 60529:2013-norm als aan 3 ATM of meer volgens de ISO 22810:2010-norm. De smartwatch is waterbestendig tot IP68 en 3 ATM of hoger. Hij kan zonder problemen gedragen worden bij zwemmen in helder zoet water. Je mag het horloge echter niet gebruiken in zout of gechloreerd water, duiken, waterskiën of andere wateractiviteiten met hoge snelheid of in diepere wateren. Het moet ook worden verwijderd in het bad, de sauna of het stoombad vanwege de hogere temperaturen om schade te voorkomen.
