The smart watch fulfils both protection class IP68 according to the IEC 60529:2013 standard and 3 ATM or more according to the ISO 22810:2010 standard. It is also protected when submerged in clear fresh water. However, the smart watch's water protection is not permanent and can wear off over time.
Can I wear the smart watch while swimming?
The smart watch is water-resistant to IP68 and 3 ATM or higher. It can be worn without any problems when swimming in clear fresh water. However, you should not use the watch in salt or chlorinated water, when scuba diving, water skiing or doing other water activities at high speeds or in deeper waters. It should also be removed in the bathtub, sauna or steam bath due to the higher temperatures in order to avoid damage.
