Whether you’re filming an autotuning video for YouTube with your single-lens reflex camera, or explaining on Instagram how to stylishly combine fashion basics: The video recording microphone with its 3.5-mm jack plug can be connected to all end devices – from smartphones to camcorders to laptops. You can adjust the pole plug using a slider, depending on what you need for your end device; for example, a 2-pole plug for cameras and a 3-pole plug for smartphones. With a 3.5-mm Lightning adapter, the clip-on microphone can also be connected to Apple devices. If your smartphone does not have a 3.5-mm jack connection, you can connect the microphone using a 3.5-mm USB-C adapter (neither of the adapters is included in the delivery). The microphone can be conveniently switched on and off using the remote control in the cable.

With or without button cell: flexible power supply
If you connect the ‘Smart’ lavalier microphone to a smartphone, laptop or tablet, the mic draws its power from the respective device. If you connect the 3.5-mm jack cable to a camera, the replaceable button cell battery supplies the power.
